General Questions

Who is eligible to work with Dr. Grove?

I am accepting patients from all over Virginia and Colorado. Visits are virtual, so distance is not an issue. The most important thing is your motivation and willingness to follow your treatment plan.

Does Grove of Health, PLLC accept medical insurance?

No. As a healthcare practitioner, my priority is to achieve the best results for my patients and to help them find their true path to healing. That’s why I prefer to partner with my patients directly rather than insurance companies, as our goals don’t always align.

I understand that healthcare costs can be a burden, but I’m here to support my patients in any way I can. That’s why I encourage the use of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to help cover the costs of treatment. And for those who need to submit for reimbursement, I am happy to provide receipts to make the process as easy as possible.

Reboot Your Brain Questions

Why do you offer programs?

Enrolling in a program can help you fully commit to the steps necessary to achieve great results. By providing structure and support, programs increase your chances of success.

How long does the "Reboot Your Brain" program last?

It is a 12-week program designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals by focusing on nutrition, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle changes. This comprehensive approach will help you achieve the results you desire.

Are there opportunities for ongoing care after the program ends?

Absolutely. I offer different options for patients who have completed the program and who may need additional help.

How do I know if this program is for me?

Dr. Grove takes the time to make sure the program is a good fit for you.  If it isn’t, she will still make other recommendations to help you on your path.

This program might not be for you if you’re not ready to commit to daily homework to improve your brain health.

Telehealth Consultation Questions

Why choose a Telehealth Consultation?

From the privacy of your own home, you can receive a thorough case review, consultation, and assessment. This is especially helpful if you are struggling with brain fog, as it saves you time and energy getting to an appointment. Additionally, if you don’t have providers near you specializing in this field, it provides a way to receive care from a distance.

Who typically chooses Telehealth?

Typically, it is patients who are struggling with brain fog, want to optimize their brain health, are limited on time, doesn’t have providers nearby, want a 2nd opinion, or want to experience what Dr. Grove has to offer in a few short sessions.

Is telehealth consultation secure & confidential?

Yes.  I prioritize security & patient confidentiality.  I use encrypted & HIPAA secure platforms to conduct virtual appointments.
