How it works

Dr. Grove focuses on finding the underlying causes and imbalances to create a personalized plan for your brain health. She has developed a step-by-step process to aid your brain’s healing.

The majority of my patients experience significant improvement after a few weeks. They transition from battling with daily tasks, relying on reminders and post-it notes, to completing tasks without feeling drained. In short, they are able to enjoy life.

Apply for the Program

To get started, click the Apply to the Program button below to see if we’re a good fit for each other.  You’ll be directed to a simple questionnaire.  After reviewing your information, if the program looks like a good fit, we will schedule a phone call.

Complete the Program

Once you’ve determined the program is for you, you’ll be able to enroll in my 3-month program.  You will receive more detailed information about the program and how to get started with the enrollment emails.

Continued Care Options

Once we’ve improved your brain health, many of you can continue your journey with what you have learned.  Everyone heals at a different rate, so some of you may need to have continued brain rehab for a bit longer. If that is needed, continued care is available on a monthly basis.

My goal is to empower you to take care of yourself and I will support that effort in a personalized way to optimal brain health.
